CRANE rental operator MS Holdings launched its SGX-Catalist initial public offering (IPO) of 27 million placement shares on Wednesday.
The shares, at 25 Singapore cents each, comprise 20 million new shares and seven million vendor shares. The group expects net proceeds of S$3.8 million from the new shares. Application closes on Nov 5.
