Natural Cool flags possible irregularities at paint division

NATURAL Cool Holdings, which sells air-conditioning systems, on Tuesday flagged the possibility of "irregular transactions and activities" at some subsidiaries in its paint division.

In a separate early-morning announcement on Tuesday, the company also posted a full-year net loss stemming from impairments.
