Natural Cool to retain Choy Bing Choong as CIO for the time being

NATURAL Cool is to retain Choy Bing Choong as its chief investment officer for the time being, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday.

Mr Choy will also assume the role of transition manager for now, after his notice of termination has been rescinded.

After the reconstitution of the board of directors in February 2017, the board decided that there is a need to retain an experienced professional to assist with transition matters between the former and current management, and to manage issues arising from there. Thus, the board has requested for Mr Choy to consider allowing the company to rescind the notice of termination served to him by the previous management.
