NeraTel wins new network infrastructure contracts worth S$14.9m
MAINBOARD-LISTED communications and network solutions provider Nera Telecommunications on Tuesday said it has clinched a total of S$14.9 million worth of new contracts.
These contracts are in both the network infrastructure and wireless infrastructure network business segments.
For the network infrastructure segment, NeraTel was awarded a S$7 million contract by "a major government entity" in the Philippines to supply, install, upgrade and provide maintenance support relating to information system communication network equipment.
For the wireless infrastructure network segment, NeraTel was awarded a S$7.9 million contract to design, supply and deliver transmission equipment with accessories to facilitate several North African operators' roll out of the 4G network in the region.
NeraTel CEO Beck Tong Hong said: "We are pleased to have been awarded contracts from such prominent repeat customers, a testament of our capabilities to offer differentiated value and comprehensive turnkey solutions."
