New CFO at Maybank Kim Eng Singapore

BROKERAGE Maybank Kim Eng Singapore is making some top-level changes amid a quiet Singapore equities market.
It has promoted its retail equities head Chuah Lai Hock to chief financial officer with effect from July 1, a spokesman told The Business Times in an e-mailed statement on Thursday.
Mr Chuah will take over from the previous CFO, Ronnie Fernandiz, who has been appointed finance head for group global banking at the parent company Maybank Group effective April 1. Mr Fernandiz will be responsible for the financial functions of all business lines in group global banking, including the Maybank Kim Eng Group, and will be based in Malaysia from July 1, the spokesman sai…
