TAN Swee Yiow, CEO of Keppel Reit Management, will be appointed CEO of Keppel Land from Jan 1 next year, while Paul Tham, the deputy CEO of Keppel Reit Management, will assume Mr Tan's role as chief of Keppel Reit management.
Mr Tham has been with the Keppel Group since 2014 and the CFO of Keppel Capital - the asset management arm of Keppel Corp - since 2016. He was appointed deputy CEO of the real estate investment trust's (Reit) manager on Feb 1 this year.
