New FTSE ST indexes to capture consumer goods, services sector

GLOBAL index provider FTSE Russell announced on Monday the launch of two new indexes tracking Singapore Exchange-listed firms operating in the consumer goods and services sector.
The FTSE ST Consumer Goods & Services Index comprises the constituents in either the consumer goods or the consumer services industries under the FTSE ST All-Share Index, which is the aggregation of the FTSE ST Large, Mid and Small Cap indexes. The FTSE ST Consumer Goods & Services Liquid 20 Index will track the most liquid companies in the sector.
