JETSTAR Asia has signed two new agreements with SATS Ltd in a partnership to enhance airport and inflight customer experience.
Under one agreement, the budget airline appointed SATS to supply catering and catering logistics on board all 18 aircraft, which operate more than 600 flights a week. From Aug 1, 2017, this agreement will broaden meal options for customers, doubling the current four hot meal options made available, and offer seasonal menus on-board all Jetstar Asia flights. Passengers will also benefit from added-value inflight promotions that combine meals with duty-free items.
