New, outgoing Q&M Dental CFOs join Aoxin Q&M board

CATALIST-LISTED AOXIN Q&M Dental Group has appointed Ng Sook Hwa and Vitters Sim Yu Xiong as non-executive and non-independent directors of the company, it announced in a bourse filing on May 6 (Friday).
Both Ng and Sim will be Q&M Dental Group’s nominees on Aoxin Q&M’s board. Ng is currently the group financial controller of Q&M Dental Group, and will be taking over Sim’s position as chief financial officer of the group with effect from May 7.
Ng is a sister of Ng Chin Siau, group chief executive officer of Q&M Dental Group. Ng was previously non-independent director of Aoxin Q&M from Dec 28, 2016 to Mar 23, 2017; while Sim was non-executive director of the company from Dec 28, 2016 to Apr 28, 2021.
Separately, Aoxin Q&M announced the resignation of its financial controller, Wan Sin Nee, who will leave to focus on “family commitments”. She will step down from her role with effect from Jun 1, with deputy financial controller Loo Keat Choon taking over her existing roles and responsibilities.
Shares of Aoxin Q&M closed flat at S$0.184 on Friday, before the announcement.
