PAPER products maker Nippecraft has been told to make a cash exit offer to its shareholders. This after it failed to get an extension of time to exit from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) watch-list.
But Nippecraft is still hoping to have an extension, saying it is in discussion with the SGX.
