NO Signboard Holdings shares tumbled on Monday after the company said authorities were investigating a recent share buyback conducted during a trading restriction period.
The restaurant operator is cooperating fully with the Singapore Police Force's Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) after receiving requests on April 24 to assist investigations into share buybacks made on Jan 31. The company also requested a trading halt on April 24.
