No systemic issues in housing, China portfolio

OCBC Bank sees no stresses in its portfolios for mortgage loans and for China, said CEO Samuel Tsien yesterday.
"I'm pleased to report we do not see any systemic issues with the housing portfolio," he said, noting that there has been no repayment issues.
Mortgage loans make up the largest portion of loans at OCBC, at 25 per cent.
