Noble COO William Cronin to retire on March 31

NOBLE Group's chief operating officer William Cronin will be retiring from the company with effect from March 31.
The 53-year-old, however, will remain as part-time consultant to the group in the role of vice-chairman of the Americas, said the trading house in an announcement filed on Wednesday evening.
Mr Cronin has been with Noble since December 2012. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the group's energy segment as well as its operations in North and South America.
