Noble repurchases US$15m in senior notes due 2020

NOBLE Group on Tuesday said it has repurchased US$15 million in dollar-denominated 10-year senior notes due 2020 that offered a 6.625 per cent coupon. These, which have been cancelled, represented about 6 per cent of the total principal amount of the senior debt.
As at March 17 2015, there is US$235 million in principal amount of the senior notes outstanding. These bonds are listed on the Singapore Exchange.
