Noble unit sells stakes in four UK power firms
Move follows the recent completion of the disposal of Noble Americas Energy Solutions

A MAJORITY-OWNED subsidiary of commodity trader Noble Group has sold four UK-incorporated power development companies to Drax Developments Limited, a unit of Drax Group plc.
Noble said in a morning announcement on Tuesday that the initial consideration for the disposal by 75 per cent-owned Watt Power Limited is about US$23.5 million, with an additional consideration of up to US$91.6 million.
