NOVO Tellus Alpha Acquisition NTA : NTA 0%exercised part of its over-allotment option to issue over 1 million units on Friday (Feb 25).

Following the exercise's completion, the total number of the special purpose acquisition company's (SPAC) units in issue will increase from 30 million to a little more than 31 million.

Its shares closed down 0.8 per cent or S$0.04 at S$4.90 before the announcement on Friday.
