OCBC Bank is the first bank here to roll out a digital instant account opening service for all customers who are Singaporeans or permanent residents.
The bank leverages on the national data repository MyInfo and - for the first time - OCBC Bank's real-time, digital know your customer process (e-KYC) for customers to open an OCBC 360 Account using their mobile or desktop, the bank said on Tuesday.
