OCBC to provide abridged Q1, Q3 results
OCBC will provide abridged financial disclosures for its first-quarter and third-quarter performance in 2020, following the regulator's removal of mandatory quarterly reporting, said the lender on Thursday in response to queries from The Business Times.
The bank's abridged financial disclosures will comprise key financial data and information, as well as business commentary.
The Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) has scrapped mandatory quarterly reporting for listed companies as at Feb 7, unless they are associated with higher risks.
