OCBC raises stake in Great Eastern

LOCAL lender OCBC Bank on Friday said in a filing to the local bourse that it has purchased 611,800 shares at S$20.59 apiece in Great Eastern Holdings for a total of S$12.6 million.
Great Eastern is a subsidiary of the bank.
The purchase has increased the bank's shareholding in Great Eastern from 87.6 per cent to 87.73 per cent.
