OCBC Bank has launched a new business dedicated to serial entrepreneurs, with services such as offering loans for a new startup even before it is incorporated.

The bank's new credit approach "takes a comprehensive view of the entrepreneur's experience, business track record and overall business strategy across his or her group of companies", said OCBC on Sunday.
