OCBC, UOB said to be courting Wing Hang Bank

OVERSEA-CHINESE Banking Corporation (OCBC) is considering a bid for Wing Hang Bank, with United Overseas Bank (UOB) reportedly also eyeing the Hong Kong bank.
A Bloomberg report said that OCBC has been studying an offer for Wing Hang for more than two weeks.
OCBC declined to comment on the matter.
