Offer for Abundance International closed; trading of shares suspended

THE mandatory unconditional offer made by executive director Shi Jiangang for chemicals trader Abundance International closed on May 6.
The percentage of the company's total issued shares in public hands has also fallen below 10 per cent, and trading will be suspended, it said in a filing to the stock exchange on Monday.
