Offerors cannot rely on loss of public float alone to delist a stock: SGX

THE new requirement for exit offers to be both fair and reasonable applies not only to voluntary delistings but to general offers as well, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) has clarified.
In the context of a general offer, once the offer has been launched, there are two ways to delist a company.
