Offshore sector drives Keppel profit up 17.1%
Q2 earnings hit S$406m despite fall in infrastructure and property revenue
ANCHORED by its offshore & marine (O&M) segment, Keppel Group achieved a 17.1 per cent jump in second-quarter net profit to S$406 million, from S$347 million a year ago.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was S$3.18 billion, S$101 million or 3.3 per cent up from $3.08 billion.
Earnings per share for the quarter was 22.3 Singapore cents, up 16.1 per cent.
