OKH posts 47% drop in Q4 earnings
Results would have been worse if not for revaluation gains

OKH Global's net profit for the fourth quarter ended June 30 shrunk 46.8 per cent year on year to S$16.49 million due mainly to the absence of property development revenue.
Coupled with an 85.6 per cent plunge in revenue recognised for construction services, total group revenue for the quarter slumped 98.3 per cent to S$3.53 million.
