Olam repurchases US$10.3m of convertible bonds due 2016

OLAM International Limited announced on Friday the repurchase of a principal amount of US$10.3 million of its US$500 million principal amount of 6 per cent convertible bonds due 2016.
The repurchased bonds have been cancelled as of Jan 21. Following this, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the bonds is US$44.3 million.
