Olam 'on track' with listing plans; H1 operational Patmi declines 18.5%

AGRI-FOOD giant Olam International has said it is on track to spin off one of its units in a separate listing towards the second half of next year,(see Amendment note) with a second listing happening one year after that.
This timeframe, however, will still depend on market conditions, said chief executive Sunny Verghese.
