Omni United acquires US tyre distributor

OMNI United, a Singapore homegrown tyre designer, manufacturer and distributor, has raised its distribution profile in the US.

It announced on Thursday its acquisition of Texas-based A to Z Tire & Battery Inc, a multi-brand distributor with a network across six states.
