One in five Singaporeans consider switch in main bank in one year: study

ABOUT one in five Singaporean bank customers is considering leaving their primary bank for another lenderin the next 12 months, a study by global market research firm JD Power has found.
This signals a need for banks to strengthen their relationship and engagement with customers, the report said.
