One less hitch for wedding venues and those getting hitched
With easing of some curbs, hotels and restaurants are taking bookings further ahead and offering more deals, flexibility

GRAND wedding dinners are still a no-no, under safe-management rules for Singapore's gradual reopening amid the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
But with receptions set to resume on a limited basis from next Tuesday, hotels and other venues that had earlier opened their calendars for pre-bookings are now ready to meet pent-up demand from wedding couples.
While some are still cautious about big receptions, Cinn Tan, chief sales and marketing officer for Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), said its five hotels here have already seen interest for wedding slots next year.
