One-time gain lifts Ezra's Q1 profit; unit secures A$130m contract

OFFSHORE oil & gas services provider Ezra Holdings has reported a net profit of US$54.4 million for the first quarter ended Nov 30, 2014 (Q1 FY2015), against US$6.35 million a year ago.
Bolstering the bottom line was an increase in net other income to US$67.55 million from US$1.01 million.
