Oriental Group granted extension of judicial management order until July 26
THE Singapore High Court has approved the extension of the judicial management order for Oriental Group.
The order will be extended for six months, from Jan 26 until July 26, said the firm's judicial manager in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Earlier this month, the judicial manager said that the company had received instructions from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra) to take immediate action to hold its annual general meeting.
The company has also been given a Feb 28 deadline to present its financial statements up to Dec 31, 2016.
