Otto bags US$24.9m contract for three vessels
OFFSHORE marine group Otto Marine has secured a US$24.9 million contract for three offshore support vessels to be deployed in Mexico and West Africa.
The first of the three vessels, Redfish 4, will be deployed for work on long-term charter in Mexico. It is an 8,000 bhp anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel equipped with dynamic positioning DP 2 capabilities.
Second vessel Go Canopus, also to be deployed to Mexico on long-term charter, is a 10,800 bhp AHTS vessel built in 2009 with DP2 technology.
