BUOYED by higher-than-expected occupancy and rental reversions, OUE Commercial Reit (OUE C-Reit) achieved a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.44 Singapore cents for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2014, beating its own forecast by 5.1 per cent.
Its net property income for the quarter was S$14.4 million, exceeding its forecast by 14.9 per cent, on the back of S$19.6 million in gross revenue that represented a 12 per cent outperformance compared to its forecast.
