OUE Commercial Reit posts 6.8% fall in Q1 DPU
OUE Commercial Reit on Friday reported a 6.8 per cent fall in distribution per unit (DPU) to 1.23 Singapore cents for the first quarter ended March 31, down from 1.32 Singapore cents in the previous year.
This came on the back of a 4.4 per cent rise in revenue from S$42.9 million a year ago to S$44.8 million, on "strong performance" for all three properties: One Raffles Place, OUE Bayfront and Lippo Plaza.
Net property income grew 4.2 per cent to S$34.6 million.
