AN ABSENCE of performance fees and higher income support drawdown lifted fourth-quarter results for landlord OUE Commercial Reit (OUE C-Reit).
Q4 income available for distribution rose 14.6 per cent to S$17.7 million from the previous year, it said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Jan 31.
