OUEHT DPU at 1.24 cents, above forecast

OUE Hospitality Trust's maiden distribution per unit (DPU) was 1.24 cents, 2.5 per cent higher than the 1.21 cents it had forecast, aided by higher revenue from Mandarin Orchard and Mandarin Gallery.

This is for the period from July 25 to Sept 30. The trust was listed in July this year.

Distributable income was $16.3 million, 2.7 per cent higher than the $15.7 million it had forecast.
