A UNIT of Oxley Holdings has started legal proceedings against its former contractor, Sino Great Wall Engineering Co (SGW), in a dispute over its project The Peak in Cambodia.
On April 1, Oxley Gem (Cambodia) commenced formal legal proceedings in Singapore against SGW to seek compensation for alleged damages suffered due to SGW's repeated breaches of its obligations, Oxley said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange late Thursday night.
