Oxley's Q3 net profit jumps more than 10-fold

OXLEY Holdings reported a more than 10-fold jump in net profit to S$11.9 million for the third quarter ended March 2015, from S$1.02 million a year ago.
Revenue rose 48 per cent to S$152.2 million from S$103.1 million from revenue recognition based on progress made on 11 mixed-residential projects. These projects are Devonshire Residences, Suites@Braddell, RV Point, The Promenade@Pelikat, Vibes@Upper Serangoon, Presto@Upper Serangoon, Oxley Edge, Floraville/Floraview/Floravista, KAP Residences, NEWest and The Rise@Oxley Residences.
Earnings per share rose to 0.40 Singapore cent from 0.03 Singapore cent.
No dividend was recommended.
