Pacific Radiance faces technical default after noteholders throw out debt resolutions

PACIFIC Radiance's noteholders have voted against two resolutions that were meant to pave the way for debt restructuring at the listed group.

The firm faces technical default after its noteholders voted against the two resolutions tabled at Friday's consent solicitation exercise (CSE).
