Pacific Radiance pegs direct equity swaps for notes at S$0.101

PACIFIC Radiance has pegged the straight debt-to-equity swap option for holders of its S$100 million medium-term notes at a slight discount to its last traded share price.
On Monday, the offshore support vessel (OSV)-focused group tabled the terms for two options to restructure its S$100 million of notes at an informal meeting with its noteholders.
