Panel formed to push for more women on company boards

THE push for more female representation on companies' boards got a nudge following the official formation of the Diversity Action Committee (DAC), after months of work-in-progress.

Magnus Böcker, chair of DAC, on Friday said the committee comprises 15 members, of which eight are women, from the public and private sectors.
