Parkway Life Reit sells 4 Japan nursing homes for 3.72b yen

PARKWAY Life Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) has divested four nursing homes in Japan for 3.72 billion yen (S$48.9 million).
In an announcement on Thursday, Parkway Trust Management (as manager of Parkway Life Reit) said that the Reit has, through its special purpose entities incorporated in Japan, entered into a purchase and sale agreement with the special purpose vehicles of global investment firm, Fortress Japan Investment Holdings, for the sale of the nursing homes.
