Parkway Pantai announces new senior staff appointments
Parkway Pantai has announced that Kelvin Loh has assumed the role of a senior vice-president of Parkway Hospitals Singapore.
Dr Loh, who was the chief executive officer of Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, will also have to oversee Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital in his new role to promote "greater synergies in processes and best practices across the hospitals.
Dr Loh will continue to serve as CEO of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. He will be supported by Choy Shook Yee, who has been promoted to the hospital's chief operating officer (COO).
Joycelyn Ling will succeed Dr Loh to become the CEO of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Ms Ling, who has been the hospital's COO since 2011, will be assisted by Dr Noel Yeo, who has been promoted to COO.
On Tuesday, Parkway Pantai, IHH Healthcare Bhd's largest operating subsidiary, reported a 10 per cent growth in revenue to 1.08 billion ringgit and an 11 per cent increase in operating profit to 269.3 million ringgit for the third quarter, mainly due to the continued ramp up of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in Singapore.
