SEEING a gap in the current growth strategy for Singapore's energy and chemicals (E&C) sector, a group of professionals has banded together to try to attract to the city-state small European companies with specialised chemicals technologies.
Using their deal structuring expertise and understanding of the global chemicals market, they hope to do this through a private equity fund that will eventually deliver 15 per cent in returns over 10 years.
