Perennial appeals against Court's decision to dismiss winding-up application for Capitol entities

PERENNIAL Real Estate Holdings (PREH) on Monday filed appeals over the High Court's decision on March 3 to dismiss the winding-up applications for the joint entities it holds with Pontiac Land unit Chesham Properties.
These were the entities that developed the Capitol integrated development project. PREH said it will make the necessary announcements when there are further material developments on this matter.
Its counter ended a cent lower at S$0.825 on the stock market on Monday.
