Perennial disposes 20% stake in Chinese health firm for 200m yuan

PERENNIAL Real Estate Holdings has sold its 20 per cent stake in Shenzhen Aidigong Modern Maternal and Child Health Management for 200.7 million yuan (S$39.8 million), it said on Friday.
The stake was sold to one of the existing shareholders, and via an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Perennial.
Shares of Perennial closed on Friday at S$0.635, down one Singapore cent.
