Perennial to issue up to S$200m of bonds in public offer
PERENNIAL Real Estate Holdings announced on Wednesday its offer of up to S$200 million of bonds due 2020 with a coupon rate of 4.55 per cent.
It has the option of issuing up to another S$100 million of bonds in the event of oversubscription under this public offer.
The issue price of the bonds is S$1 per S$1 in principal amount of the bonds.
The sole global coordinator for the offer is DBS Bank. The joint lead managers and bookrunners for the offer are DBS and United Overseas Bank (UOB) while the sole underwriter is UOB.
