Perennial to join retail bond market with S$150m offering (Amended)

PERENNIAL Real Estate Holdings is hoping to diversify its investor base with a S$150 million offering of three-year retail bonds at a coupon of 4.65 per cent.
The bonds will be sold at par in the offering, which opens on Tuesday and closes at 9.00 am on Oct 21.
