Perennial turning into a tasty hodgepodge
THE array of projects which Perennial Real Estate Holdings has embarked on to position itself as an integrated mixed-use real estate developer in China and Singapore prompts the question: just what sort of creature is the group morphing into?
Among the projects are those in Chengdu and Xian North next to high-speed railway hubs. There is also a development in Beijing's Tongzhou District - also beside a transport hub. Incidentally, the buzz in that district has increased as it is tipped to be the new location of municipal government agencies.
Earlier this month, Perennial announced a diversification into the China medical/real estate sector.
